1990-05 (Ex 1990-95 w/power steering & Mazdaspeed Turbo versions)
Developed to stiffen any MX-5 chassis, this assembly proves most beneficial when using any relatively strong aftermarket anti roll bar, including Racing Beat’s tubular bar. This kit both effectively minimizes chassis flex that reduces sway bar performance and eliminates possible cracking of the sway bar chassis mounts that results from repeated hard cornering.
NOTE: This brace kit will fit all MX-5's, but is intended primarily for 90-95 MX-5's equipped with POWER STEERING. The routing of the power steering lines required that we modify the brace support bar to provide adequate clearance for these lines on this application.
Manufactured from hollow-core steel tubing and utilizing laser-cut end flanges, this brace is finished with a rust-proof powder coat finish. Installation is accomplished by simply removing the sway bar mounting bolts and inserting the brace and support bar. Step-by-step instructions with fully detailed photos are included for easy installation
