A Power Pulse Connecting Pipe is required with our Power Pulse silencer assembly for proper fitment.
The Racing Beat Power Pulse Connecting Pipe is constructed with 2.375-inch OD (60mm), stainless steel tubing with and uses cast stainless-steel flanges for positive gas sealing. This connecting pipe incorporates a pre-silencer that has been tuned to provide our Power Pulse silencer with an aggressive, deep exhaust note. A gasket is supplied for the connection of the silencer to the connecting pipe. To view a larger photo of this connecting pipe, click here.
If you prefer a slightly louder exhaust note for your MX-5, you may want to consider the use of our Sport Connecting pipe. This connecting pipe is produced from a length of steel tubing and does not include a presilencer.
