Mazda MX5 NC 1.8 & 2.0 Engine

With 2009-15 Engines unobtainable from Mazda, why not update your engine to an even better specification  and use this Forged Steel Genuine Mazda Crankshaft with Supertech Pistons and Con-Rods to make a high Revving Bulletproof Engine, better and stronger than the original MX5 NC2  Engine  

With the Mazda MX-5 NC2 2.0 already having a Forged Steel crankshaft the engine is ready for an upgrade using Supertech Alloy High Tensile Strength Con Rods and Forged Pistons. This will also make the earlier MX-5 NC 1 Engine stronger.

Newly designed Chikara oil pan baffle for the MX5NC  (2006-2015). Fits both NC 2.0L 1.8 and 2.5L swaps too!

Installs into the factory oil pan and helps to prevent oil from moving away from the sump during high-G manoeuvres.

Want MORE power from your MP62 supercharger kit? This 2.8 inch pulley is a direct replacement and bumps the boost up to about 12 psi.

You are buying a precision  Steel Crankshaft Made From a EN40B  steel billet here in the UK to enable your engine to rev much higher and more safely than using the standard Ford Duratec 2.3 Crank Shaft.

NEW adjustable height mounts! These were developed to offer the MX-5 community the option of installing their motor either at the stock location or at a lower height, without having to change out the engine mounts.

You can now position the motor higher or lower, to assist in aligning turbo or supercharger piping, and to alleviate any clearance issues that you may be facing with your build.

Replace your stock static rubber damper with a Fluidampr to protect your engine from naturally occurring harmful crankshaft torsional vibrations.

This is a worthwhile upgrade for all NC motors, but especially critical for those with 2.5L swaps which requires removal of the balance shafts from the 2.5L engine and then swapping over the stock 2.0L pulley, which isn't tuned for the 2.5L's rotating mass.

This will also fit any Ford Duratec engines.

Genuine Mazda Crank Bolt and Washers for 2006-2015 NC MX5. Fits both 2.0L and 2.5L. These are ONE TIME USE parts, so if you remove your crank pulley bolt at any time, you need to replace it and these special diamond plate washers with fresh ones on reassembly.

These mounts dramatically reduce motor movement for much more precise operation of your shifts and much more direct application of power to the ground....and your transmission will live a much longer life too because it is not subject to near as much twist.

Adding this brace stabilizes the engine and prevents heavy G loads from affecting your otherwise crisp shifts....and your transmission will live MUCH longer!

2020 UPDATE: These used to be offered with either a hard or a soft bushing. Now, both hard and soft bushings are included in the box so you can choose what is best for you. RED is soft and BLACK is the firmer bushing.
