Due to demand Racing Beat Europe can now supply for the 1999-2005 a High Flow catted midpipe that is MOT Emissions compliant, using a combination of the Racing Beat resonated midpipe along with the world renowned Magnaflow High Flow 200 cell Catalytic Converter.

Manufactured entirely from 304-stainless steel with thick flanges that will not warp like other stamped or cast flanges. Large 1.5" primaries collecting to a 2.0" OD tube via a smooth 4:1 merge.

Considered to be the very best on the market with never an issue ever for our customers. These really are a work of art plus they fit properly every time and due to the development, they flow great. Over 200 on-chassis dyno runs allowed Racing Beat to determine the optimum tubing diameter and lengths for both the primary and secondary tubes.

Please note:- the 1.6 NA manifold 56005 can only be used on 2001 nbfl 1.6  if the complete system is changed for the early 1998-1999 earlier style system.

Weighing in at just 5 Kilo, this is an aggressive sounding lightweight MX5  exhaust system developed exclusively for the weight conscious racer with 60mm inlet inlet and outlet tubing, single-wall tip, using a straight through design to  Maximize Flow . 

This is a direct replacement but not a quiet exhaust and may not appeal to our more conservative drivers

The Racing Beat Power Pulse Connecting Pipe is constructed with 2.375-inch OD (60mm), stainless steel tubing

For MX5 owners that prefer a more aggressive sounding and lighter weight exhaust system, the Sport Connecting Pipe (without presilencer) can be used with our Power Pulse Muffler. This connecting pipe is equipped with an oxygen sensor mounting position for 1996-97 OBD-II equipped cars. This connecting Pipe section does NOT eliminate the stock catalytic converter unit.

Applications: 1994-98 - This fully 304 stainless-steel high-flow MX-5 race connecting pipe replaces the factory catalytic converter. Intended for 1994-98 MX-5's, this connecting pipe will meet the demands of any high horsepower normally-aspirated or aftermarket turbo-charged engine.

Manufactured from 2.375" OD stainless steel tubing, this connecting pipe includes 2 cast stainless steel Racing Beat flanges. Designed as a bolt-on component, this MX-5 race connecting pipe is a direct replacement for the factory catalytic converter.

Applications: 1999-2005 MX-5 NB  (Excluding: 2004-05 Mazdaspeed Turbo & 1999-03 Automatic Transmission Equipped Cars)

This fully 304 stainless-steel high-flow MX-5 race connecting pipe replaces the factory mid-pipe and integrated catalytic converter. Intended for 1999-2005 MX-5, this race connecting pipe will meet the demands of any high horsepower normally-aspirated or aftermarket turbo-charged engine.

2-inch Inlet Universal Double-wall Round exhaust tip, Left or Right

This block off cap* can be used to block off the EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) fitting on the Racing Beat (or comparable) Manifold for racing applications.
