MX5 NC & RX8 Bolts/Spacers for Rear Coilover Race Spring Conversion

Product Description

This is the solution for converting rear coilovers on RX8 or MX5 NC which use the high clearance cone-shaped springs in the rear (Ohlins, JIC, etc.) to change over to shorter linear race coilover springs of your choice.

The Ohlins coilovers come with two spacers for the rear shock lower mounting bolt. Use the large spacer in this kit along with the spacer from Ohlins to achieve the necessary spacing to run a 2 3/4" inner diameter standard race spring in the rear. 5mm longer bolts are included in this kit to accommodate the thicker overall spacer assembly.

What's included:
* Spacers (large washers)(x2)
* 5mm extended bolts (x2)
* Small washers for the bolts (x2)

NOTE: To run standard 2 3/4" race springs in the rear of the MX5 you also need our Delrin Upper Spring Perch

MX5 NC & RX8 Bolts/Spacers for Rear Coilover Race Spring Conversion

These bolts/washers space the lower shock mount position on the NC and RX-8 towards the centre of the car to make the shock motion more linear as the suspension travels through its range of motion.
