These springs have been designed with a rate increase of approximately 25% (front - 145 lb/in) and 25% (rear - 112 lb/in) with a modest drop of .5-inch (front & rear) as compared with the standard Mazda springs.

The Street Basis  Z damper has been developed to provide a sporty ride and aggressive stance, along with 16-stage damping force adjustment using TEIN's new Advance Needle technology. 

This gives the driver the ability to fine tune damping force change. The shortened shell case design provides optimum damper stroke at lower than standard vehicle ride height. To keep the price as low as possible with this kit you reuse your existing top mounts.
